What to Expect in Sessions
At the beginning of the program, we’ll identify 1–3 primary goals you’d love to work toward. These will become the anchor of our time together.
In each session, we’ll explore:
What has come up for you since we last spoke
What’s currently blocking or challenging you
Mindset shifts and practical strategies to move you forward
The theme for the fortnight
Develop targeted action steps (action could be a change in mindset or beliefs too) to integrate over the next two weeks.
You’ll leave each session with clarity, renewed energy and a clear sense of direction.

Introductory rate: $199 per month/$590 pay in full.
