Come and explore the vibrant world of wholefoods: learn to transform seasonal vegetables into dishes you’ll crave, discover the best nuts and seeds and how to prepare them, master fermented foods like kefir, kimchi, miso, sauerkraut, and yoghurt, and uncover the secrets to cooking grains, legumes, and nutrient-rich sea vegetables including dulse, kombu, wakame, and kelp.

Over 2 hours, we’ll work together to create six delicious dishes:

  • Fresh Vegetable Crudités with Creamy White Bean & Miso Dip and Crunchy Seed Crackers

  • Roasted Pumpkin Drizzled with Silky Tahini and Furikake (seaweed)

  • Beetroot & Lentil Salad with Toasted Hazelnuts and Creamy Burrata

  • Mixed Greens with Spiced Yogurt Dressing

  • Golden Chicken Meatballs with Herb Infusion

  • A Decadent Chocolate Treat to Finish

Your experience begins with a mug of nourishing bone broth, followed by tastings of all the dishes, plus a wholefood guide and recipes to take home.
